Here the visitors can also step out onto an open air deck to offer unobstructed views.
The second observatory is located at102nd floor observatory to offer a higher vantage point to see beyond Manhattan. However, this observatory is not open air deck like the one on 86th floor this observatory is enclosed with large windows to provide a climate controlled environment. Both observatories offers a unique perspective of New York with few of its famous landmarks.
